Seeking stress relief and warmth during long winter months? Our lives can be filled with busy-ness as we move from one commitment to the next without taking time to rest, pause, take stock. This deeply restorative yoga session is an opportunity to come together in a quiet, supportive space and to fully relax and let go. After a brief check-in, we will move through a slow and gentle, carefully structured sequence releasing into supported postures. We turn to breath practices to deepen the release. 

This practice will help each participant connect more fully with their inner rhythm, innate vitality, and quiet joy.  Register here.

Seeking stress relief and warmth during long winter months? Our lives can be filled with busy-ness as we move from one commitment to the next without taking time to rest, pause, take stock. This deeply restorative yoga session is an opportunity to come together in a quiet, supportive space and to fully relax and let go. After a brief check-in, we will move through a slow and gentle, carefully structured sequence releasing into supported postures. We turn to breath practices to deepen the release. 

This practice will help each participant connect more fully with their inner rhythm, innate vitality, and quiet joy.  Register here.
