This workshop is the perfect way to learn yoga basics in a non-competitive environment. We will go through the basic poses in a typical vinyasa flow yoga sequence, learning the names of poses, different modifications to take to suit your level and synchronizing breath to movement. This workshop is for the true beginner, so if you have never taken yoga before but have always wanted to try, here is a perfect opportunity! If you have some experience with yoga this is a great workshop for you as well, as we will take time to focus on proper alignment and adjustments. We will start the workshop by simply focusing on breathing, move gently through the most commonly seen poses, and end with a guided relaxation.
