Stress Relief Through the Feldenkrais Method - An Introduction to Awareness Through Movement

A FREE workshop through Weaver's Way! Joanne Fagerstrom has been a physical therapist since 1978. It was her desire to further help her patients that led her to study the Feldenkrais Method. The unexpected but immensely gratifying result was a profound improvement in the quality of her own life. This gentle, body-centered approach to learning draws on the brain's unique ability to reorganize itself and potentially change long-held habitual patterns of behavior.
