Down to the Bones: A Sequence of 12 Bone-Building Yoga Postures (for a chair-based practice)

Do you know that yoga stimulates bone development and helps stave off osteopenia and osteoporosis? However, not all yoga fits the bill; in fact, some postures can actually be detrimental to bone health. 

Come learn a 12-posture bone-building sequence that has recently been validated through research. We will walk through each step of the sequence together, adapting as necessary. Short guidebook included.

This workshop is designed specifically for individuals with an interest in bone health who prefer practicing with a chair. Some exposure to yoga (or other mind-body basics) is helpful.
