Introduction to Chakra Balancing

Join Blakey Elkhart to experience, express, and balance the subtle energies of the body known as the Chakras. Through yoga, guided meditation, and creative expression, this class gives an introduction to the Chakric energies and guides students to balancing their own Chakras.

This class starts with an all levels yoga practice designed to bring awareness and to stimulate the physical locations of the Chakras. The majority of the class is a guided meditation through each Chakra with opportunities to express your experience through drawing, coloring or writing.

No yoga or drawing experience necessary! Wear comfortable clothing and bring a mat if you have one. Students are welcome to bring journals and coloring materials, paper and colored pencils will be provided.
