Simple Yoga Poses for Daily Stress Reduction.
Come and learn poses to relieve stress, tension, fatigue, worry, or anxiety. Various poses will be introduced and practiced. Participants may choose one or more poses to develop a practice at home, work, or both. Each pose can be done on its own or in combination with others and for only minutes per day. No prior experience with yoga is needed.
Wear loose, comfortable clothing. Bring a mat and or a towel. Bring pen and paper to take notes.
