Seeking stress release and warmth during long winter months? Our lives can be filled with busy-ness as we move from one commitment to the next without taking time to rest, pause, take stock. This workshop is an opportunity to come together in a quiet, supportive space and to fully relax as light gentle shifts into darkness during the winter months. After a brief check-in, we will move through a slow gentle sequence using movement and breath to find release. We turn to breath practices to deepen the release and quiet the mind.
This practice will help each participant connect more fully with their inner rhythm, innate vitality, and quiet joy.

Esther Wyss-Flamm, PhD, EdM, E-RYT connects individuals and groups with their innate strength, power, and joy. She is a Kripalu-certified yoga teacher with specific training in yoga for chronic health conditions. For the past 10 years, Esther has been teaching privately and in group settings in Philadelphia.
