We are having soup at the studio! Stash those Thanksgiving leftovers in the freezer because after our lunch together, you will be ready to transform them into delicious bone and veggie broth.
Foodie and preventive medicine specialist Margaret Kinnevy, RN, LAc will share recipes and techniques for making soup easy. Three soups made with locally sourced ingredients will be planned to meet the dietary preferences of those who register. If you are gluten free, dairy free, vegan, or paleo, there can be soup for you, and homemade crackers, too!
$10.00 donation will go to the The Suppers Programs, a charitable organization whose mission is to provide safe and friendly settings where anyone -- and especially people with food-related health challenges -- can develop and manage their own personal transitions to a healthier life.
