The Feldenkrais Method is a body-centered approach to learning that draws on the brain's ability to reorganize itself, and therefore change habitual patterns of behavior. By using gentle movement and directed attention, self-awareness is enhanced and everyday movements become easier. In this workshop, you will be guided through a classic Awareness Through Movement lesson. Please be prepared to lie on mat on the floor.
Joanne Fagerstrom has been a physical therapist since 1978 and a Feldenkrais practitioner since 2004.
