Mindfulness meditation groups are a wonderful support for connecting with others who also have a wish to practice mindfulness and to share and deepen the experience of meditation. Groups provide community, accountability and a supportive space to connect while enriching personal practice.
Join me once/monthly on Sunday evenings to practice mindfulness meditation in a supportive, group environment and to experience the benefits of group practice. Monthly sessions will include guided practice and specific topics for discussion and personal exploration and experimentation with bringing mindfulness into unique life circumstances.
