A special 6-week series, where you are invited to reclaim rightful ownership of your body. This yoga series has been developed through a trauma-sensitive lens, and will include explorations of movement, breathwork, meditation, and yogic philosophy – all of which offer a reconnection to yourself – with your choices leading the way. No yoga experience is required. Come exactly as you are.
Sundays, 1 - 2:30pm: March 18-April 29. No Class on Easter.

Carly McDade, MS, RYT, is a 500-Hour Registered Yoga Teacher in the Philadelphia area. She trained at the Blue Banyan Yoga Studio & School of Mt Airy. Carly has taken further trainings in Restorative, Trauma-Informed, and Adaptive yoga. In addition to this work, Carly is a Couples & Family Therapist and a Level 1 Reiki Practitioner.
