Celebrate the solstice by taking time to rest, pause, take stock with a dive into supportive wellness practices. This workshop is an opportunity for Weavers Way members to come together in a quiet space and fully relax on a sweet early summer evening. After a brief introduction, we will move through a gentle sequence of yoga restorative postures supported by the healing presence of reiki. We will finish up with time for quiet reflection. This practice will help participants connect with their inner rhythm, innate vitality, and intention for this time of year.
Please wear loose comfortable clothes, bring a journal and something to write with, a pillow, and a mat if you have one (there are a few available at the studio).
Esther Wyss-Flamm, PhD, MEd, E-RYT, has been teaching yoga, breath awareness practices, and mindfulness tools to individuals and groups in the Philadelphia area for 10 years. She also takes this work into organizational settings to promote mindful leadership, which she believes is essential for personal and group effectiveness.
