In this class, students will spend time with breath work, basic yoga postures, and tapping into their hearts through journaling prompts. Even with just one session, students will leave with tools to help them navigate difficult emotions, and ways to move stuck energy in their bodies.
No prior yoga experience is needed. Please bring a yoga mat and a journal/notebook.
Beth Heed is a teacher for the School District of Philadelphia and also a Yoga instructor. Beth's inspiration comes from encouraging people of all ages to tap into their hearts, and create their life in a way that supports them in body, mind and spirit. Beth draws a great deal of her energy from spending time in nature, and looking for the ways in which all things are connected.
