Forest Therapy is a nature connection practice designed to awaken your connection to all of life. Facilitated by New Zealand based Forest Therapy guide Hannah McQuilkan as part of her US tour. Forest Therapy is a series of invitations that slows you down and helps you to see your life and all of life more clearly
Originating in Japan as ‘Shinrin Yoku’ or ‘Forest Bathing’, Japan has been doing extensive studies into this practice and the physical and mental health benefits of spending meaningful time immersed in nature are impressive.
During this 2.5 hour experience, you will get reconnected to yourself and nature, discover the natural world like never before and come to understand your place on this amazing planet.
We will finish with tea made from found plants and enjoy some light snacks and sharing.
We will meet at the entrance to the Wissahickon Trail near the Healing Arts Studio - exact location to be confirmed!
