After a brief introduction, we will move through a gentle sequence of yoga restorative postures supported by the healing energy of reiki. We will finish up with time for quiet reflection. The practice will help you connect with your inner rhythm, innate vitality, and intention for this time of year.
Wear loose comfortable clothes, and bring a mat, plus bolster or pillow if you have one (a few are available at the studio).
Esther Wyss-Flamm, PhD, MEd, E-RYT, has been teaching yoga, breath awareness practices, and mindfulness tools in the Philadelphia area for over 10 years. She also takes this work into organizational settings to promote mindful leadership, and leads much-loved monthly restorative yoga in the winter.
Pamela Hipp, RMT, LMT is a long-time lover of yoga and a practitioner of Reiki energy healing and therapeutic, deeply relaxing massage. As a champion for daily self-care practices, she guides students and clients to their own unique and optimal wellness.
