Our lives can be filled with busy-ness as we move from one commitment to the next without taking time to rest, pause, take stock. This workshop is an opportunity to come together in a quiet, supportive space and to fully relax. After a brief check-in, we will move through a slow gentle sequence using movement and breath to find release. This practice will help each participant connect more fully with their inner rhythm, innate vitality, and quiet joy. Held monthly on 3rd Sundays.
Esther Wyss-Flamm has been teaching yoga, breath awareness practices, and mindfulness tools to individuals and groups in organizations and at studios in Philadelphia for 10 years. Recently, she has taken this work into organizations to promote mindful leadership, which she believes is essential for personal and group effectiveness, happiness, and balance.
