About the Instructor: Lisa Kramer, RYT-200, has been practicing yoga for 20 years. In 2013, at the age of 57, she completed the 200 hour teacher training and received her certification from the Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health in Lenox, MA. Lisa is also the president and founder of Leading with Intention, an executive coaching and coach training company.
