Explore using movement, touch, breath, sound and posture as medicine. 

This self-treatment and movement session blends the principles of John F. Barnes' Myofascial Release Approach qigong, functional strengthening, pilates and yin yoga . 
Connect mind, body, awareness and breath using foam rollers, balls, yoga props, various self myofascial release tools, pilates apparatus*, kettlebells*, mini trampoline* therapeutically. 
Self-treat myofascial restrictions, imbalances, tension and pain naturally. Reclaim posture, balance, mobility/stability, strength and mindfulness. All are welcome.
Please contact Emily before taking class if you are unable to get up and down from the floor independently.
