Combine elements of dance, yoga, and movement therapy into one class. The goal is to provide an evidence-informed approach to gentle and creative movement to help reduce the experience of pain, anxiety about pain, and the amount of time/energy given to chronic pain in our daily lives. We will create a community of support and understanding around the chronic pain experience, and encourage a positive relationship with one's own body. Participants will be asked to move only as able, with chairs provided. All ages and movement levels welcome.
